I absolutely enjoy eating healthy and working out, but sometimes my body does not agree with me. One of the biggest obstacles that I encounter is becoming extremely exhausted a day or two after working out. Am I working out too hard? Am I not eating correctly? Not enough protein? Carbs? Sometimes I feel like sleeping for a day or eating all of the food in my kitchen is the only way out of my miserable state. So here I am today. It was suggested that I begin a log of my workouts, what I eat, and how I feel. Introducing Striped Neon Pastels! One of my favorite parts of working out is the cute outfits. My current favorite is a cute striped neon pastel sports bra. It makes me happy!
