Thursday

Breakfast:

  • Plain Chobani Greek yogurt, raspberries, walnut
  • 1 Glass of water
  • 1 Cup of coffee with sugar and creamer

Had lunch at the country club today! 🙂

Lunch:

  • Half of a salmon salad with mixed greens, craisins, almonds, mandarin oranges, and a light vinaigrette
  • 1 Glass of unsweetened raspberry tea

1 Google bottle of water before dinner

Snack:

  • The other half of the salmon salad

Dinner:

  • 3 Italian seasoned baked chicken strips with marinara sauce, very small portion of white rice, and broccoli and carrots
  • A little bit of water

And I’m trying to finish the last of some water before I go to bed
