Sunday

I am not feeling the best today.

Breakfast:

  • Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • Organic miso soup noodle cup

Snack:

  • Pita chips and hummus
  • Handful of bittersweet chocolate chips

Nothing is satisfying me all day.

Dinner:

  • Gluten free pancake and sausage sandwich
  • Raspberries
  • Water

I probably should have tried to drink more water today.

2 cups of water before bed.
