- Coffee, creamer and sugar
- Organic miso soup noodle cup
- Pita chips and hummus
- Handful of bittersweet chocolate chips
Nothing is satisfying me all day.
- Gluten free pancake and sausage sandwich
I probably should have tried to drink more water today.
2 cups of water before bed.
