Friday

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of water
  • Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • Pork fried rice
  • Lo mein
  • 1 cup of water

Afterwards I was so full. I took a nap.

Snack:

  • Cantaloupe
  • Several plain corn chips, leftover from Moe’s
  • Water

Dinner:

  • Shared half an order of Texas fries at Chili’s
  • Crispy honey chipotle chicken with fries for my entre
  • Water

2 cups of water before bed.
