Breakfast:
- 1 cup of water
- Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries
Lunch:
- Cape Cod Asiago chips, less than one serving
- BBQ chicken
- Coffee, creamer and sugar
- 1 cup of water
Snack:
- I shared a gluten free maple bacon cupcake and a gluten free lemon drop cupcake
I was physically and emotionally tired today, so I took a much needed break.
Dinner:
- Moe’s tofu quesadilla
2 cups of water before bed.
