Thursday

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of water
  • Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries

Lunch:

  • Cape Cod Asiago chips, less than one serving
  • BBQ chicken
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar
  • 1 cup of water

Snack:

  • I shared a gluten free maple bacon cupcake and a gluten free lemon drop cupcake

I was physically and emotionally tired today, so I took a much needed break.

Dinner:

  • Moe’s tofu quesadilla

2 cups of water before bed.
