Tuesday

I woke up sore this morning, but a good sore.

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of water
  • Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • White rice stir fried with two large eggs and a bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce
  • 2 cups of water before/with lunch

I’m always so hungry after work!

Snack:

  • A handful of homemade wasabi almonds
  • Original Babybel cheese wheel
  • 1 cup of water

Ran a mile and ran/walked another mile on the treadmill at the gym today. Oh, and downed 1 cup of water while there.

Dinner:

  • BBQ chicken
  • I wasn’t satisfied with a large helping of dinner, so I kept eating and eating…

  • Leftover lo mein noodles
  • Mango Chobani Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of water

I’m exhausted tonight.
