Monday

I woke up very thirsty this morning.

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of water
  • Old fashioned oatmeal, organic soy milk, fresh blueberries
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • Small serving of leftover white rice and General Tso’s chicken
  • Carrot apple juice

At work I drank 2 cups of water, and after work I did 2 ten minute youtube workouts.

Dinner:

  • Moderate serving of leftover General Tso’s chicken with white rice
  • 1 cup of water

Later I craved sweets.

Snack:

  • Two pecan cookies
  • 1 cup of plain organic soy milk

1 more cup of water before bed!
