Saturday

Breakfast:

  • Two cream cheese-egg pinterest pancakes & GF agave syrup
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • Rice & beans

Snack:

  • Spicy beef jerky
  • Espresso macchiato (Starbucks!)

Dinner:

  • Black bean burger patty with Pepperjack cheese on top of a vegetable salad (Mojo Grill)
  • I am feeling great and motivated today! (I just realized I did not drink a lot of water today though.)
