New Motivation

My new goals:

1. Keep a food, mood, and training diary

2. Eat little and often

3. Always have breakfast

4. Do a little every day (at least 20-30mins)

5. Plan in advance your workout

6. Watch your snacks

7. Work on your tone (one or two weights and core strength sessions per week and at least two quality stretching sessions)

8. Feel better about yourself (mental strength, confidence)

9. DRINK MORE WATER!
