- 2 slices of French toast (1 egg, milk, fiber bread) and syrup
- Medium bowl of oven roasted zucchini, squash, carrots, and sweet potato tossed in olive oil and parmesan cheese

- 1 bottle of water
- Shredded chicken, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips
