TGIF (5/10/13)

Breakfast:

  • Lemon water
  • 2 slices of French toast (1 egg, milk, fiber bread) and syrup

Lunch:

  • Medium bowl of oven roasted zucchini, squash, carrots, and sweet potato tossed in olive oil and parmesan cheese

I was stuffed at the time, but then I got hungry for a large snack.

Afternoon Snack:

  • Tuna patties/tuna omelet (1 can tuna, 1 egg, salt, pepper, pan fried)
  • 1 bottle of water

Dinner:

  • Shredded chicken, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips
