Cloudy Day

Breakfast:

  • Lemon water
  • 1/2 cup of brown rice and an egg with a splash of soy sauce
  • 1 delicious cup of coffee, creamer and sugar

Lunch:

  • Small bowl of leftover broiled baby carrots
  • Medium plate of taco dip on a bed of tortilla chips with additional hot salsa on top

Snack:

  • 2 Tbs yummy crunchy peanut butter

For some reason I was craving peanut butter, my usual post-workout snack.

  • 1 bottle of water
  • Lemon water

And then I craved lemon water!

Dinner:

  • Taco dip with chips

Workout:

I’m under the weather, but I ended up doing a quick arm workout. I only did two rounds of these push-ups.
